I recently went to Richmond Hill Optometric Clinic to learn more about my skin health and get a facial. What I loved about the clinic the most was the customer care, I felt like even though I was specifically there for an appointment with one of the employees, the whole team greeted me and treated me like their own. I came with a lot of questions, and left with a lot of knowledge. During my facial the employee offered to walk me through step by step as it was my first time, and it was incredible being able to be taken care of while being educated in a fun and friendly way. I left with a few products to help upkeep my skin, and with the confidence and knowledge so I could use them effectively.
